To set up your email program to work with Netpoint's email is quite easy. Firstly You need to tell your email program to use our incoming mail server along with your username and password. Secondly you need to set your outgoing mail server.
Netpoint's pop3 (incoming mail server) is netpoint.com.au
Netpoints SMTP (outgoing) mail server is netpoint.com.au
Your netpoint username will always be in the format companyname.firstname e.g. netpoint.fred
Your password will be the one that you specified to us unless you have changed it yourself with usermin. Your password will not be known to us, so if you loose your netpoint password you will have to email us and request us to change it to a new one.
